Hi, unfortunately it doesn't seem to be possible to change a ticket title afterwards in the helpdesk module.
Did I oversee this possibility or doesn't it really exist?
(I made a ticket concerning the ER and wanted to add [solved] or [fixed] to the title...)

By editing the original post, you should be able to change the subject.
If the ticket is closed you cant edit the post, but as owner of the ticket you may reopen it, make the changes and close again.
However normally you would just close the ticket in such a case. The green color indicates that the case is solved.
