[declined] Dependencies does not show current TL modules
Extensions that are dependent on standard TL modules, should be linked to the standard TL module (e.g. Newsletter Recipient Export -> dependent on Newsletter). These standard TL modules don't appear in the dependencies list, just the extensions written by others.
Will this be available in the final release, e.g. will we see Leo's modules in the list?

No that will not be the case. Those are not extensions at all but belong to the TL distribution and are always present.
It would be an other case if Leo decides to move a module or pluging from the core distribution to the repository to make it optional.

oh ok. some admins remove extensions to slimline their installations, which was the reason i asked, e.g. as these admins delete calendar, newsletter and faq from their main installation (they didn't like deactivate, they actually removed all the folders and DB data).

People hacking the core or removing files that belong to it must know exactly what they do, and that it may break other stuff such as extensions relying that the core files are all intact and in place. From a supporters view such an installation is broken, and will also be identified as incomplete by the
typolight check tool.
The extension repository it not meant to check or fix a broken core.
