I am trying to install helpdesk on a unix box with cpanel.
I just upgraded to TYPOLight 2.6.4 today and copied all the files for help desk to their needed directories and ran the install.php
In the backend, I have created a category and a post.
I have also created a module for the "Forum/Helpdesk Title" and placed it on a page.
I really like the interface.
The problem I have is with the frontend:
Here is my forum page with the "Forum/Helpdesk Title": http://www.pathfinderoa.org/typolight/forums.html
This one seems to work fine, but the link for "typolight/forums/category/1.html" or "typolight/forums/message/1.html" redirects to the homepage.
I have Rewrite URL turned on, but even with that off, the links will not work.
I know to make the xml feeds work, I had to modify the .htaccess file, but I do not see any documentation on how to make the forums work.
Any suggestions would be helpful.

The extension "folderurl" is known to break many extensions. Do you have folderurl or any similar extionsion installed?
Try deactivating the other installed extensions, one after the other, to track down.
